How does the free trial work?

Start with a 14-day free trial of any plan. No credit card required. During the trial, you'll have full access to all features of your chosen plan. Cancel anytime before the trial ends with no charges.

What counts as a ticket?

A ticket is any incoming customer support request that SupportRouter processes - including email, chat, or web form submissions. Internal notes and agent-to-agent communications don't count toward your limit.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my ticket limit?

No worries! Your service won't be interrupted. You'll automatically be charged for additional tickets at the overage rate for your plan. We'll notify you when you approach your limit.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption for data in transit and at rest. All data processing is GDPR and SOC 2 compliant. We never train our models on your proprietary data without explicit permission.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, we can prorate refunds on a case-by-case basis.
